Hi,

I accidently scratched half the numbers off my 20
quid orange mobile phone top up card. If I take it to an ornage shop is there any way of them giving me the credit? Maybe if I bring the receipt along with it?

Cheers,

LG

I fear you've gone too far this time.

Same happened to me on O2. They asked for the serial number and the showing digits to be emailed, and the credit was added the next day

In future, get one of those swipe cards instead. Pretty much everywhere can deal with them now - far more places than sell top-up scratch cards.
