We closed an absolute pearl of a deal yesterday which will see us good for 4 years plus, springboarding us onto the next generation of hardware. Beautiful.

Plus I'm not back in the office until January

Plus, GT (our cat) had not been seriously injured as we feared by some muppet that went tearing past the house in a car. He fine, just a bit wet and shaken.

Good things do seem to come in threes.

Merry Christmas all, we're off to a friends party to get seriously drunk.

Great – I had a tremendous day yesterday as well. I’m planning a hostile takeover of a games company in the Midlands - we’ve got them thinking they’ve secured a lucrative contract. In reality, once they’ve invested a few hundred thousand in new hardware, we’re going to invoke a clause in the contract which they were dumb enough to sign. Let’s just say “their lawyer is an old friend of mine”.

As such, in the next couple of months I will have finish off another competitor.

Well that's something to be really proud of to start a new year.
No doubt you can sleep at night as well.

Some of you guys are so obtuse; I take it this is a private joke.
I'm nipping just now coz I've been working with a computer company who shall be nameless, but whose logo bears a distinct resemblance to a sauce you'd pour on your pie.
I have had it and just threw in the towel, what a bunch of slave driving, merciless b*****ds.
Never again!!
So If someone mentions anything to do with computers right now, I bite!
Sorry.

Okay, so you work for Tomato Ketchup Packard. It's not a private joke because it's on the internet - it is, therefore, a very public joke. Anyway, sorr to hear you're a little cheesed, nothing a few beers won't help I'm sure!

Hostile? What, like with clubs and pitchforks?

We're private, any takeover most welcome but bring a bloody big cheque
