Headhunting - how will that be democratic? And what will you pay them?
They earn millions in private industry - that state could never match such.
As for human rights and other international conventions that the UK is part of - well you'll find that you
a) Can't withdraw
b) Will be a great capital export for 'safer' countries - rich investors don't put money into countries that are having revolutions.
Would you leave the EU?
a) Cause Scotland would want to stay in it and this would break up the UK.
b) Big business such as Honda and Nissan would shift to the continent where they could choice either low value employees (East Europe) or high value and well educated on (North West Europe) and either way get access to massive tariff free internal market.

Ban women from working, they must stay at home and look after children. Women without children have to take menial jobs or find a man to support them.
Deport anyone non-white to approximately country of alleged origin. If they were born in the UK they will all be deported to the country their relatives came from.
Ban any media organisation which is not right-wing.
Take away benefits from everyone classed as a "chav".
Forcibly sterilise anyone earning under £20K a year.
Only poor people will be taxed.
Teachers will not be allowed to teach subjects unless they adhere to the above rules.

Sounds fair to me, didn't we have a discussion about the "Common Sense Party" a week or so ago?
And weren't many suggestions along these lines?
The more pointless the laws are, the more people will ignore them, just as the more pointless the politicians are, the more people shun politics, which allows them to get worse.

Forget it, you are either going to get arse raped quickly (New Labour) or slowly (Conservatives). Bend over, bite the pillow and think of Europe.

If he's got creative ideas, which seem definitely 'right of centre', he'd be better off getting actively involved with the Tories. Beyond that, he's completely wasting his time and energy.
You're best starting point is probably a website to explain your Policies and Manifesto. If you get enough interest from people, that will give you an indication of how relevant you are beyond your four walls. If you're relevant, people will listen. If not, they will continue to grin and bare the current Great British Modernisation Party. The gist of where you are coming from is a nationalist viewpoint, nothing necessarily wrong with that, but bare in mind, that we live in a country of approximately 65 million people, a large number of which are eligible to vote. So, if your Father is serious, he had better be very, very serious, and even more sensible with his policies because he has a mountain to climb, only then he reaches the foothills of Everest and takes on institutionalised political parties who wrote the book called 'every trick in the book'...
