A huge multiplayer game called Project Entropia where people interact with eachother virtually and can buy, sell, tax etc eachother for using their property in their virtual world.

Depends on what you mean more?

Selling and buying stuff in MMORPG's is nothing new, its been going on for ages but I bet this is the biggest amount every spent.
