I just got a leaflet through my door about Stelio's new venture in Milton Keynes, we already have Easy Bus and Easy Cinema, now we have Easy Pizza!

www.easypizza.com

I am giving them a go..have just ordered a meat feast pizza for 10pm tonight and the bill comes to £4.50!

I will report back and let you know how the service is but its less than half the price that domino's charge.

What size Piazza?

Edit. Its at this point I feel the need to admit I once made a spreadsheet that calculated the relative cost of Pizza for it size. Useful for comparing deals.

I feel sad saying that, but I wish I still had it. Dont get pizza often now.

Bet it's turns up late, staffed by aggressive people who won't help you in a crisis and any frills (ie topppings!) are extra…

If you know you want pizza in 7 hours why not pick one up from the supermarket on the way home? Asda make them in store and they are

Dominos is great when you are hungry there and then

At one time he was talking about buying a ship and doing Easy Channel Crossings. That would be useful as we are all being mightily ripped off at the moment.

Is it the same deal as for the cars - you have to bring your pizza back looking vaguely like it was when you got it otherwise they'll charge you extra?

Is the rest of the business model along the lines of:
You can have one next March for £2.50 as long as you order it now and if you want one within 30 minutes, it'll be £45.00?

I once spent about an hour trying to explain to two workmates that two 7" pizzas weren't as big as one 14" pizza. they wouldn't have it, even after drawing diagrams, showing them how to work out pi x diameter etc

Don't mean to hijack the thread but

Get Yourself to www.speedferries.com

They've converted a former Australian Navy Seacat to run crossings from Dover to Bolougne. They've promised to start a ferry crossing price war and have pitched in with a fixed price of £50 for car and up to 6 passengers regardless of length of stay.

Well...It WAS a bit late, it arrived at 10:25. It could have been a bit hotter, but it was pretty good. I will give them the benefit of the doubt as this was their first day of business (I was the forth person to place an order apparently).

That pizza would have cost £3.50 if i wanted it tomorrow rather than today...pretty good value!

So they keep the pizza for you, and warm it up again the next day....and charge you less money? Bargain!
