Alpen bars

Alpen Fruit & Nut & cereal bars. I eat one about 3 hours ago. Now I’m full of very painful intestinal wind.



Anybody else suffered the same with these snacks.

I had one of those new Weetabix breakfast bars the other day.

It's exactly the same as those other horrible breakfast bar things they have been doing for some years now, with the disgusting jammy centre.


Revolting. Two mouthfuls and it was in the bin.

sod the cerial bars, I went to my wifes christmas dinner dance last night and got into a sprout eating competition.

Levitation is what I am calling it..

I dropped the first one on the dance floor and didn't realise it was going to hum quite so violently. Talk about green mist, it cleared the dance floor quicker than the Birdie Song!

I am still suffering 18 hours later.
