If there is something you or others around you want as a present, is the hinting subtle or outrageously obvious?

Don`t worry kiddies, Father Christmas gets to hear all hints as he is the one who has to organise and deliver!

After surviving 46 Christmas`s now, I do actually need some socks!! (hint )

Everyone in our family writes a list of the items they would like, makes shopping very easy and unstressful

Hinting doesn't work with me (or indeed many blokes, I would imagine) so you've got to be bleedin' obvious.

My family tend to make one present quite clear to each other, then prepare to be surprised with the other stuff.

Well, apart from my Mum, who always says 'no, I don't want anything, I don't want you to spend your money on me'.

One of these days I won't get her anything, just to see whether she really means it

My Dad is usually hopeless regarding hints, although this year he managed to drop an obvious one over the phone...

...thankfully after I'd bought it for him anyway!

I've told one friend I've got her Keanu Reeves in leather trouers. Pissing her off no end as her family doesn't open any xmas presents until after the Queen's speech!

Write it down, ladies, or at least mark the catalogue pages and leave it lying around open to a marked page!

Yet another subtlest hint to my husband....

sexy car not oversexed cat

So far Liebchen - have not seen any evidence of you huntin' car dealers ....

Do not want sexy undies either - got a cupboardful already und we already have too many kittens ....

Und the kittens und parents have bought me my chocolate as my hunting though the house to find out what they had been buying me proved successful.

So shall hint again ... sexy car .... sexy car .... sexy car ...
