Is this for real or fraud?

Got a email from paypal.

"Dear PayPal Member:

Attention!Your PayPal account have been stolen!

Somebody with ip adress 217.104.35.13(Russian Federation) acessed your account 3 times!

You must click the link below and enter your account information on the following page to confirm that you are not traveling.You have 3 days to confirm account information or your account will be locked.

blah blah"

Heard of story about scam/fraud on paypal.

Thought so, what action should I do?

foward the mail to paypal?

No doubt if you click the link you will be asked to provide bank details, passwords etc.

I had this message again today....

eBay Safeharbor Department Notice Fraud Alert ID : 00626654 Dear eBay member, You have received this email because you or someone else had used your identity to make false purchases on eBay.

The same mail I had 2 weeks ago...

Just delete it....

Well I did use paypal once but never register it.
