Are there any movies which you’re a little embarrassed to like? I have a real soft spot for “The Wizard of Oz”. Even my kids tease me about this.

Electric Dreams

I even liked the soundtrack.

Goodwill Hunting as well. Ben Affleck is still a talentless gimp but I thought Minnie Driver was cool and the film got me into Elliott Smith, for which I am grateful.

It's not high art...but I relly like "Who Dares Wins" the Lewis Collins SAS film.

The theme music is brilliant in a hardcore 1980 style..

And the shot of them all running toward the camera down the corridor is superb...

(And no I'm not into the SAS and have never read Andy McNab)

The entire Gundam Wing series + the 'Endless Waltz' movie.

I know it's crap, but I like the mecha and big guns.

I like that too I like modified Jap nutter machinery though. You just need to look past the fact that no-one in the film can actually drive properly, and every car appears to have a 38 speed gearbox

First time I saw that film, I laughed loads. The line "we are the kind of people that have everything in our favour, going against us". Brilliant.
