I was looking at a certain thread just now and I'm sure that I replied to it, or I am losing my marbles.
Do replies to posts go missing sometimes or do I need to go for a check-up?

If a mod is clarting around deleting posts he/she thinks are unreasonable, would they kindly leave the post, but censore the offending part and leave a footnote explaining the reason for their actions.

It would help us from thinking we've gone barmy and have lost a post.

I'll occasionally delete posts. If there's a serious discussion going on and the replies are more along the lines of "ooh, you said 'bum'" or "A pair, what a pair of tits?" then I'll remove them and I don't feel any explanation is necessary!
