How does she know he was mediocre if she never took him up on his offer.
Lets face it if you can afford to turn down £10K for 12 minutes work, you must be being paid too much. I'm sure there are plenty of black and white women who would do it twice a night, every single night of the year for £10K.
If (And I do find it unlikely) I was offered £10K by a Labour MEP for Sex I'd have to think about it. £10K for Gay Sex with a politician, story worth say £50K to the tabloids, Film footage worth £10K on the internet ? (I'm making it up) so that's £70K or a 12 minutes off. Difficult.

Considering this alleged event occurred around 1992 (work out the dates) why has it come too light now.
And it would be too hard to figure out who the MEP was given that she says she worked for him.

Really? Goodness me. I wouldn't - with yours...
Its the strict socialist-superior self-centred self-righteous arrogance combined with all the stereo-typical politico-ideological hang-ups she would bring to the party, like race issues, gender issues, politics issues etc etc (I'm white, middleclass, male, professional, capitalist - she would hate me) that does it for me.
