So, therefore, church services are illegal.

Thing is (and I'm hoping this is what will happen), the government will create so many picky and unenforceable laws that people will literally have no choice but to ignore them. It's like going to every local park on a hot day and putting up signs saying 'keep off the grass'. Everyone ignores them, so how is a jobsworth with a clipboard going to tell these people to get off it?

very simple, you erect a number of cameras to monitor the area. Identify the perps at leisure and send them a FPN in the mail!

Ignore 'Keep off the grass' signs?

Relaxing under the Effil Tower, when it had grass under it, some students ignored a BiB request to 'Get off the grass' he asked again, and again they ignored him. So he got out his gun

Students removed themselves very quickly from grass

The fishing ban in those waters is long overdue. Would you rather we just fished until there were none left at all?
