BT - domain hosting

Who here has (or has had) a hosted domain + email with BT connect (regardless of whether you use BT broadband or bt yahoo broadband or 56k dialup to connect)

I have been having problems for 9 months. Emails I send take 2-4 days to arrive. Emails sent to me often bounce.

Im guessing affected emails might be 5-10% which is unforgivable. They put up the "zero liability T&C" shield when asking for compensation.

But come on, 9 months

I recall hearing that BT were banned from using the words "Fast" or "reliable" in their marketing campaign, because... they wern't.
