Strangely yes, I rather liked them. Their type of music wouldn't generally be my cup of tea, but I have the Whatever and ever Amen album and it's very enjoyable.

Top Band, Whatever and Ever Amen is a brilliant Album and often gets played when I'm taking the Saab on a long drive.

Only ever managed to grab a couple of singles many moons ago, but "brick" and "army" were excellent.

Must pop into HMV this afternoon... :P

IMHO, Whatever and Ever Amen was the finest - but actually, they're all sooo good, you should buy them all!

Yes, excellent.

A lot of fun live as well, which I wouldn't expect from a pianist!!

Agreed, a great band, and a talented pianist. 'Army' is one my favourite tunes:

So, I thought about the army,
Dad said, 'son, you're ing high'

Yep - great, unique and refreshing band, even now.

Particularly like 'Brick'. And that one that goes...

GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK, YOU BITCH!

The rather depressing experience of going through the process of an abortion with one's girlfriend...

I've been wondering about that for years.
