I had 3 mails from Ebay in my inbox this morning....
The link didn't work...!!
I have contacted ebay, they responded very quickly

We advise you to be very cautious of email messages that ask you to
submit information such as your credit card number or your password.

eBay and PayPal will never ask you to confirm your details via an email. If there is a genuine problem they will ask you to login to either site (from the root URL) and then it will prompt you through the website - not via a URL on an email.
