We have 2 clear tempered glass tables in the racehouse and as well as being dust magnets they appear to get scratched very easily,
Anyone know of any way to polish out the scratches, what products do I need.

You can get glass polish - try a car dealer/accessory shop...?

A quick look in the garage cleaning products cupboard and it looks like I need to visit the Motorfactors
I wonder if AutoGlym Super resin polish will work or would Rain-ex help keep the dust off

Believe it or not, toothpaste has been known to work on minor scratches.

Well it was worth a try, can't say the scratch is any better but the table does smell minty

There was a very similar thread about getting scratches out of glass about a month ago...
Think the solution involved jeweller's rouge (although good luck finding the original thread, not sure where everything has moved to!).
Having said that a mate of mine swears by Brasso and you can get Solvol Autosol from Halfwits (chrome polish but it really does work!).

Got some of that in the garage cleaning stuff cupboard, I'll give that a try, I imagine it'll be slightly more abbrasive that AutoGlym Super Resin Polish which was the last try
