Is it true people will buy anything?

I am trying to prove this with :http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=4339758753

So what is the most useless guff you have offloaded through the power of ebay?

One British Penny, surely?

Can't claim to have sold any real guff, but have off-loaded plenty of items literally rescued from the bin.

Why are spoons crud. I just purchased some spoons as I kept running out at home, and i paid a lot more than 1p (+ £2 p&p)

I have sold books, records, Palm V charger, vhs tapes etc on e-bay

My wife once sold a crumpled envelope to an american

I believe when your mail arrives with too little postage they're supposed to put on these special stamps to let you know the value - very rarely do though. I got a letter which was under-paid, had to go to post office to pay difference and collect - then I crumpled and threw the envelope + stamps in the bin. Wife rescued it, went on ebay, £15 thank you very much

Thanks for answering my question. I thought they might be useful as part of my act on the Val Doonican show.

BTW Sorry to hear about your injury.

Friends, chill, it's a seven day listing, no need to rush!

The injury, yes, the first and last time I indulge in "water sports" I can tell you!

Q: Are they left or right handed Cotty answered on: 26-Nov-04
A: Dear Cotty I have now had the opportunity to check the spoons. Being right handed myself, I can confirm that a positive stirring action (both clockwise...more

Might be OK for Avenger John Steed, because Emma Peel remarked in her final scene in the episode "Forget me not"..... "Steed likes his tea stirred anti-clockwise"

I'm glad you pointed that out. Can you imagine the look on Paul Daniel's face when I followed Hans Moretti onto stage?

Major embarrassment avoided.
