Its one of 2 ELAN "SPRINTS" ( 5 SPEED , BIG VALVE HEAD ) Converted i beleive under the guidance of Hexagon of Highgate ( who are Still around today ) .
One car was painted Dark Blue and was for sale in the late 70s in Rayleigh Essex at a Dealer on the High Street.
The idea never took off , probably due to cost, the Elan almost out of production and it wasnt a pretty looking car. The targetted market, was the Shooting/Fishing Brigade. Later nicknamed the Elan Bulance . Both cars still survive.
Re the 2 Over and Under Shotguns, ( nice engraveing ) i should know exactly who made them, as i grew up around guns. I beleive Holland and Holland may have had a tie in with The Elan-bulance .

! I was going to say that as I recognised the dash and steering wheel (my dad had a 130/5s+2) but then looking at the side windows they looked too high to be an Elan +2.One car was painted Dark Blue and was for sale in the late 70s in Rayleigh Essex at a Dealer on the High Street.
