Chaps, little help, any clues on what the hell this maybe - colleague spotted it during a property inspection.

Custom of some sort; appears to have the front wings from an Olds Toronado though...

It is indeed based upon the Toronado, it's a Jetway 707 built by the American Quality Coach company:
