I never knew this car had existed until last year when I was taken to see one here at Le Mans. Apparently, according to the owner, it is uber rare nowadays and an early rotary engined car. Well, if I hadn't seen it then I wouldn't have had a clue what flew by me in pouring rain on the M25 near the Gatwick turnoff on Friday. Boy was I surprised!
That is a rare spot. I've only ever seen one on Jay Leno's Garage, as with all his vids (in my opinion) this is an interesting link:

Jaguar got hold of one of those in about 1970 for testing. The guys in the drawing office each got to borrow it for a day or two. I was working in the engine drawing office, having just finished my apprenticeship, at the time and eventually got hold of it for the weekend. Naturally I gave it some ( a lot of...) stick. Two or three days later I got called into Harry Mundy´s office and was accused of syphoning off the petrol and putting it in my own car ! I hadn´t - honestly. Eventually it transpired that the fuel consumption I had achieved was worse by several factors than that achived by the other guys in the office who had apparently driven it quite sedately. I think it was then given to the experimental road test who were able to duplicate my consumption. If I remember correctly I´d got the mpg well down into single figures!
