E.Type Shunt Celebrity Driver And Babe G.Friend

An aquaintance who knows of my E Addiction, recently told me that his Ex wife had a "Head On" crash with Dudley Moore and His Babe Blonde Girlfriend, ( She was in "Up The Junction", which also had an E roadster in it ) in Dudleys E.Type Roadster, he thinks in the late 60s.

Apparently this guys ex wife drove the wrong way down a one way street , somewhere in Londons West End and drove straight into Dudley and his G.Friends E.
Dudley a real Ladies man and a complete Gent, was very polite and understanding, but his very irate G/F said "Just Look what you have done....do you know that this car cost more than £2,ooo pounds !!

Apparently this story appeared in the Papers of the day.
