Appreciate it's a bit of a niche thing - but if you want to see some photo's from Sunday then I have a few on Flickr

If you enjoyed Le Mans Classic but want something rather more laid back then try to get to Prescott. I love it.

Excellent. We were there Saturday, we go every year, saturday night the Eureka Jazz band, few pints, excellent.
I got chatting to two fellas, both own 3ltr Bentleys, both now values at £145k and £150k, puts them slightly out of reach! I love that 16 valve 4 pot with 8 plugs.

I think next year I may be tempted to make a weekend of it, either camp or B&B, as I just didn't get to see enough in one day really.
I went for the day for about 4 years and for the last 4 years we have camped. The camping is cheap and very relaxed, lots of vintage cars burbling and popping about, a nice bbq and then a wander over to the jazz band saturday evening is a fab time.

I would be up for a little PH camping group next year.
Sounds good..!!So you were at Silverstone Saturday, me too!!
I made a new friend who came along with Team Phantom, a chap called Chris, and we swapped cars, did you see this running around? If so, it was probably me.
I loved the Artcar on Saturday at Silverstone but what happened to the other 'new' big black Bentley that was racing.
It was also interesting seeing the Napier Bentley driving around the track at Silverstone Saturday and then doing the hillclimb at Prescott Sunday (complete with silencers!)
And best of all seeing the owner drive the Napier out of Prescott at the end of the day.

So you have just under a year to acquire your steed and get used to camping....!!
The jazz band sounded lovely Saturday night too.
You can't just apply and get a drive, they had about 400+ entries this year for 200 places. The jazz band sounded lovely Saturday night too.
The entrants are chosen by how important / interesting your car is, how many times you have been refused and what other VSCC events you have entered.
It's a magical weekend though, my 4 year old son refers to it as the Bugatti shop!
I have an elligible car and one day it will be there...
