Subject: Media Enquiry from ARD German Television

Hello there,

My name is Rabea Gorny, I work as a producer for ARD German Television out of their London Office. We are the main public broadcaster in Germany, comparable to the BBC. We cover any stories, news, documentaries anywhere within the UK for national German broadcast. Please visit our website on www.ARD.de to get a better idea of our programmes.

We are working on a documentary about people who are 'Living in History' with a fascination particulary for the 1940s. We have already filmed quite a lot of footage as for example at the War and Peace Show last year. We have mainly been filming with re-enactors or people who live their whole lives the way they would have done had they lived in the 40s.

We are now still looking for collectors; people who have a passion for military vehicles (armoured cars, or possibly even tanks). We are looking for collectors with ideally a big family (wife and young children who are also very ethusiastic about the vehicles), where this is a hobby that the whole family shares.

If you can think of anyone who fits the describtion and who would be happy to take part in a documentary I would be delighted if you could help!

I can best be reached on 07724862251 or 020 73916262 or via email on rabgorny@hotmail.com.

Thank you very much for your help. I look forward to hearing back from you.

Many Thanks and Kind Regards,

Rabea Gorny

Nice prospect. But i dont think i could be arsed to get them out for a documentary. Considering i wont see it anyway. Will probably be filmed for a negative aspect anyway.

I live in Germany, and spend a lot of time hiding in my attic, if that helps

In Germany? Sure you are. (nazi smiley) Even if you are a genuine tank enthusiast I think that there is very little chance of being portrayed positively here
