Insurance for a classic

I've just renew my insurance and moved to Peter James

I left my name and number on their site for them to phone me back which they did within the hour, they gave me such a good price for a good policy that I signed up straight away and next (this) morning the policy is on my door mat

My cover includes

• allowing for my car's 'modifications'
• unlimited mileage
• agreed (self, below £15,000) value
• parked on hard standing (ungaraged)
• UK and European breakdown recovery
• Legal protection cover
• £100 excess

The company was set up jointly by Peter James (who origianally set up Footman) and has;
•No automated call systems. Peter James Insurance employs only mature and experienced staff to enable the Company to provide every client with personal and individual service.
•By efficient use of technology, the Company is able to keep administration costs to a minimum with the resultant savings being passed onto clients through reduced premiums

As I'm still dealing with supposedly reputable companies in the motor trade that have badly let me down it’s nice for a change to have one that pleasantly suprises

P.S. I also left my number on the site of another insurer but still no call from them

no problem I like to recommend places that give good service

I wished I'd know about them three years ago as what I would have saved would easily have paid for this year's premium
