Mystery Grille

Thought I would see if anyone could help me identify this grille. A few years ago I bought a lot of Lamborghini Espada brightwork and the following grille, and parts were mixed in with it. It is all in Stainless Steel, not chromed.

Maserati maybe? or Lancia .

That was my initial thoughts , but couldn't see anything that matched in any pictures.

Looks rather like a Lancia Flavia grill. Shape is the same, and the bit of chrome trim is similar that sits below the grill.
