Tow hitch question

I need to change the old 'eye' type tow hitch to the modern 'cup over ball' hitch. Is there an recognised method to this job or is it simply do your best with what you have situation. i.e. cut of eye hitch and weld on replacement? Thanks

Unless it's realy old ? Most hitch's are bolted on.

Go to your local Trailer/caravan dealer and they will suply you with what ever you need !!

Maybe your local Black Smith can help you out ?? I have used our's for various odd Jobs, and he's cheep !!
