Rather fallen for these at the moment, and I'm looking for an 'everyday' classic to drive a few miles to the station and back everyday.
Doesn't need to be pristine as it will be the basis of a rolling restoration over time.
Pricewise it looks like I could find a worthy looking one for <5k.
So anyone know about specialists / owners clubs / buying guides etc for them? Found a few links via google, but would be good to get an insiders perspective on them.
e.g. what to look out for, what restoration will usually be required on a typical car..

For the P5 club go here:-
http://www.roverp5club.org.uk/
Much better to buy a car within a club since people usually know the car and are enthusiasts.
For one's for sale look here:-

Not my thing but I still love them. Best of luck!
