Currently I have an E Type S1 FHC 3.8 and was going to create a website on the car as a project thread. In the end, I recently created a new forum:-

http://etype-forum.top-board.com

This forum covers:-

E-Type Jaguar & 420G Restoration & Maintenance for the Enthusiasts

With my car as the project car in the E Type section.

I have also always wanted a Mk10 \420G so this will be my next project.

I have split the forum into 2 sections the E Type and the 420G section.

Some people will say, not another forum, at the end of the day we all know Jag Lovers was the first and is the biggest and best..

This is just another option where different people with different problems on their classic Jags can hang out and chat and share the knowledge to resolve issues.

Maybe see you there?

All the best
Clive

Best of luck with it,plenty of Es but there aren`t many 420s about compared to other saloons.I`m all for healthy debate.
Without being rude, why are you doing it man, have you too much available time ?

I think you will get many more members if you open up the forum for browsing without having to subscribe. Subscribe to post obviously, but if you have to subscribe just to look many just don't bother.

Looks a nice example Bigdavy, look forward to chatting over there, we have a chap from Tasmania-Oz, adding his car as the project 420G hes totally new to them (420G) and says he will need a lot of help, I think his car is being delivered to him in about a week. So watch the 420G section lower down the forum for pics being added, dont forget to put a pic of your car in the
stable :O)

Well Clive I have joined and I will get some photos of my E-type project on there and some of this old thing.

Do you think you could compress the forum a little bit?

Mabjag,

I think we need a project thread over on the forum about your Mk10 Monster

This car has a very interesting story with it....

Your not the first person to call this car the monster !! Personally I usually swear harshly at it, but it's a love hate relationship

It'll be on over the weekend

Where were the pictures taken?

Why don't you go over to the forum and upload any mk10 / 420g pictures I'm sure there
are plenty of people who would like to see them
if you want to share them ! :0)

Spring 2006 I bought a E300 titanium hardbodied Olympus with a standard lens and I use a very good German circular Pola.

These snaps are from the April '09 Goodwood brekkie meet.

Take note: it's not the cam but the trick with the light that makes the snap.

Glad you like it. No problem to hotlink mate, be my guest. Nuff bandwith here wink
