These were very good cars...my father had a couple of the 100 saloons ( '74 LS & 76 GL auto), and the manual 1974 was a tremendous car. Very well made, loads of interior space, a quite highly tuned engine with twin choke carb etc,and one of the best looking saloons made at the time. They were quite rare then, as Audi were not very well known and only had a few models available. The 100LS had a 'Merc' build quality, and, although a bit austere inside, it was quite a step up from the Triumph 2000's that we had before.
