Locating stainless stell trim....
Discussion
I'm trying to locate 3m of stainless trim. Its a half round profile 10mm wide, about 5mm high, very similar to the trim found on the side of MGB's or around early Mini door tops.
It's the type that slides over small 'cups' which are riveted to the panel.
Its to complete the interior trim on a DB6
Any idea??
I've had no luck so far and i'm thinking of using ali solid and just tapping the back-only prob is i've only found this in 13mm width....
Cheers

Sounds like the stuff fitted around my Triumph Vitesse at waist height. Comes in various lengths for bonnet sides, doors and rear wings. Is a half moon section with a lip along each edge which clips over special cupped pop rivets. Second hand is easily obtained from any of the Triumph breakers and the rivets can be bought from Canley Classics.
