Tried this on the General Gassing site without luck, thought I might have some more success here.

These used to be sold by Machine Mart:

Why not try a local engineering company who might be interested in making for you?

The WRC teams used to use these a lot a few years back (don't know about now) and the rallycross guys as well, so maybe worth ringing up Prodrive or someone like that to see if they can supply or give you a manufacturer contact.

Thanks very much for your help guys, much appreciated. Finally tracked down the supplier, and just finished speaking to them. They stopped supplying Machine Mart because "they wanted too much out of it". They only advertise late in the year because that is when they normally sell. Good news is that they are cheaper direct!
