Classic car insurance
Discussion
Recently my vintage car seems to have risen in value possibly, I base this on an recent auction price achieved, a private sale last summer and the cost of rebuilding the car from scratch. All these examples are more than double my current insured value, which is a little concerning in event of my car involved in a total loss. I am asking on the Austin 7 website for thier thoughts on this subject as well as here. Even if a club expert valued the car would this be maket value or loss replacement value? not quite sure what I should do at the moment and with renewal at end of this month need to get it right. Your considerations appreciated.
