taller wheels for my Midget

My Hillclimb / sprint / autotest / rally 1500 Midget has lowered suspension (its about 2" lower than a standard chrome bumpered car) which is great for the first 3 disciplines and surprisingly not too much of a problem on the rallies though it does cost time avoiding some of the biggest holes on some stages.

Anyway, I want to have a go at a few PCTs without messing about changing the suspension. I was wondering about fitting a taller wheel / tyre combination to raise the ride height a little? Wheels / tyres would have to be narrow - my current slightly fatter than standard tyres rub the rear arches.

Early minors look like they have tall narrow wheels - would they fit?

They do indeed, same PCD but 14-inch diameter.
