If it has been well restored (body and mechanically) then you will have an engineeering masterpiece. Hugley under-rated but they are ferociously expensive and complicated to restore.
Look for the standard stuff: condition of shell, engine and transaxle. Transaxles are very complicated affairs. Every thing is similar but not identical to, the Aurelia although the front suspension is totally different. There are very few of these still on the road in the UK; Flaminia Sport and Super Sports survive in more numbers mainly because their value (~£80k) makes them worth restoring. For expert advice contact Martin or Elizabeth Cliffe at Omicron near Norwich, or Peter Harding(Classic Restorations) nr Basingstoke.
Our family is Aurelia and Fulvia so missed out on the Flaminia but picked up some knowledge along the way

I'm afraid I can't help more than I already have, but I would suggest calling Omicron, and also try posting your question on here ( http://www.alfabb.com/bb/forums/other-italian-cars... ). Although an American site, there are plenty of aroud the world owners who post and would be happy to give you their opinion on your questions.
