There has been some controversy about this car in the press. Is it a genuine car or a clever reproduction ? Perhaps we can vote on it !

I cry foul!

Firstly I'm no expert on these really early cars but would have thought that they were fairly easy to re-create given the right tools and some original technical drawings! I'm sure there are some "original" parts, perhaps the engine?
No unless there was a stack of paperwork dating back to the year dot then I would remain to be convinced

The engine looks a lot later, it would have been cast iron around that time.
looks almost like a modified horse buggy with a few bits of car added.
Any doubts have a chat with the VCC.
