I was outside earlier trying to bring the lancia back to life (putting back in dashboard and putting electrics back together) and 2 little kids - about 10 or 11 id say wandered over and asked all sorts of questions about the car

One of them wants a skyline, but he wants it to be an automatic confused
Things that fascinate them :
Manually operated mirrors
A hand stitched leather steering wheel
Grab handles that are only attached at one end
Seats that fold forward

They also now understand the difference between a turbocharger and a supercharger, and how to operate a manual gearbox smile

Maybe they arent all bad smile

I heard one young lad walk past the garage and say to his (rather unimpressed) mate... 'That's an Alfa Romeo 1750 GTV....' he was right too, but I reckon his dad had told himbiggrin
