As a newbie who runs a Volvo Amazon, I can confirm is it a Volva Sugga (TP21)
Its basically an old Volvo taxi, placed on a lorry chassis and used in the 50's to carry around radio equipment for the Swedish army.
There are a few in the UK, the best place to try to find one would be on the Volvo Owners Club forum http://www.volvoforums.org.uk

If you really are interested in getting one, you could make contact with the Invicta Military Vehicle Preservation Society, who have a number of Sugga owners as members and the club will probably be able to ppoint you in the direction of any mil vehicles specialists that may have one for sale.
Imps website here... http://www.imps.org.uk/index2.html
