Villa d'Este Concours
Discussion
I hired a car near there years ago to go to the Alfa Musuem. They had no small cars left and I ended up with a new Alfa, cost a fortune. To get to the point though I drove right past the security guy at the gates of the Villa D'Este and had a good look around, beautiful. If I'd had an old Punto..
I'd love to visit it one year, didn't realise there was a public day, anyone know any more?

Yes it's on Sunday 26th April at the adjacent Villa Erba https://www.concorsodeleganzavilladeste.com/en/reg...
Yes...I went a couple of years ago, part of a trip organised by the AROC.
The public day is not as upmarket as you'd think, plenty of people slumming it in their casuals and jeans!
The display of cars, in variety and excellence, was beyond belief! As well as the assembled rarities there were several (8-10 iirc)concept cars.
Despite that...it's all quite low key. I was in awe of the machinery...definitely worth a trip
