Hello all,

I remember reading in a magazine a few years ago about the time when Raymond Mays took a BRM GP car down the road whilst at a house party. There's a wondefully atmospheric photo of little kids holding their ears as he revs the car.

Does anyone know where I can find it?

You could try someone like sutton images, although you'll probably have to pay.

Jenks also wrote an article about driving an F1 Lotus on Christmas day for Motor sport magazine?

Why do you ask? A large bit of me is hoping you are looking to recreate the scene...!!!

I'd love to recreate the scene but i'm afraid the best I can muster as a response in the TR5 in a tunnel near mine. No cowering children in sight...

Thats a gorgeous TR5 you have! Love the noise in the tunnel.

As for the article, I dont have it, but I'm pretty sure its in his book "Jenks, a passion for Motor sport".

Well worth reading even if its not, by the way. I think sutton images (http://www.sutton-images.com/) would be your best bet

Lovely noise

Last year I had the pleasure of following Jules Holland in his lightweight E replica through the tunnel into Goodwood. Now that's what I call musicwink

You could also have a look through the recently released Motorsport archives, (on DVD - £40 per decade.)
