There isn't enough info to tell for sure. You can easily pay hundreds of thousands for an accurate D-type replica. Lynxs are making well over 100K at the moment, great cars, probably "better" than the original, no doubt Lowdrag will be along in a mo to give more details. The Lynx replica uses the E-type rear end as a basis.
This add doesn't give any real details about the car. You'd need to have a chat with them. I can't remember, did it even say who made this car? Is it ali or GRP? is it dimensionally correct?

A Lynx isn't as good as the original in any way but more usable because of the IRS taken from an E type rather than the solid axle in the original. You are right about the values shooting up though - I turned down £120,000 for mine recently. This looks to me to be one of the Gregson cars in fibreglass. They bought out the Proteus name a few years back from Jim Marland then sold it on to Enduro who finally went bust a couple of weeks back with the directors, I am told, losing their shirts and their houses too. It is sitting on 15" steel wheels (16" look so much better) and has a transplanted Mk 2 engine from the look of it. Only twin SU HD8 carbs and not triple Webers. I personally wouldn't pay more than £35,000 and that only after a full expert evaluation. oh, and how I hate those bloody radial tyres on it!
The more I look at that replica the more it irks me. Leather strap holding the filler cap shut, totally wrong spare wheel shuts, steel wheels, radial tyres, and so on. Frankly I wouldn't give it a second glance. As regards radios and modernisation, have you seen the Becker Mexico? It look exactly the same as the 1960's model but has FM, CD player and to top it all satnav included! I saw one in an E type over the Classic and frankly I am pondering on installing it in the E type.
As regards the C type, I had a long talk with Norman Dewis at the weekend about it and he was most helpful. The progress will be slow for a while since they are still making the rear end and then the buck for the bonnet has to be made and then the bonnet fabricated plus so many myriad of other jobs to do as well. it should though be ready for Retromobile.

I'm not sure about XK60. I am in the UK at the moment with the E type (was at Silverstone) but have developed a fuel leak and need to fit a new fuel tank when it arrives from Robey. It's rusted out underneath after 25 years. I should be there though.Damn me if both cars don't have a fuel leak at the moment! The D type tank has a split and the whole rear end will have to come off to get at that one and resolder it. I go back to France on the 5th where I hope the fuel tank will be delivered and then hopefully back to UK for the weekend. I have to go back to finish articles and meet deadlines. Will be at Wroughton this weekend though on Sunday.
Edit: as far as C type replicas are concerned, I had a good look at the new Suffolk replica and chatted with Roger Williams about them. They look good with a proper chassis and triple Webers but the price is £58,000 for a fibreglass replica which is on the high side I fear. The Enduro coupé body has already been sold off and is to be built up as a car I hear. It is rumoured that a considerable number of parts etc. "walked" and that there are problems for owners in that the company used the same base identity (from a wreck of a Mk 2 for example) for UK and cars exported to the USA so quite a few cars have the same chassis number. Trouble afoot. I have acquired an XK120 identity for my own car which is satisfying.
