Ultra-rare 1974 1/2 MGB-GT. These were the last of the MGB-GTs exported to the USA. MG only made 1,248 rubber-bumpered GTs to North American specifications. These left-hand-drive GTs were built from September to December 1974. Most were exported to the US and Canada, although exact numbers are unknown. The 1974 1/2 models retained the dual SU carbs of the chrome-bumpered 1974 models without the catalytic converter that would surface on the 1975 MGBs. The 1974 1/2 MGBs, both roadster and GT, had a red octagon badge on the front bumper. 1975-80 models had black emblems.
