My 71 Camaro still has the old, 1 candle power, sealed units - going to convert to halogens, question is, can I just fit RHD ones or are the adjusters on the mountings specific to LHD?
My Bristol has 7" halogens, but I have a set of LHD-spec sealed beams too for when driving in Europe and they swap straight over. The difference is amazing - I'm always surprised how dark French roads are with the sealed beams!
you may find that the locating lugs on the sealed beam units are in a different place to the halogen lamp units, a few mins with a file on the mounting bowls will sort this out! Also use relays if they are not already employed else you may burn out the switches!
