Its true, my Bayliss Thomas is actually repaired and working, no more conking out - YEAAAAAY!

My Son had a look at it for me and found a nasty twist/kink in the old copper fuel pipe just where it enters into the firewall.Whilst fuel flowed it was not fast enough to keep up with the demand. He disconnected the pipe and fitted a new modern one. My troubles appear to be over (for now). Thank you to all who took an interest and made many good suggestions to help find the fix.

Good news, it's always the simple things eh?

Once had a customer with a Mini cutting out after a few miles, after weeks of trial & error repairs, turned out to be a leaf in the fuel tank, floating around and blocking the feed from time to time.

After all the kerfuffle, do we get a chance to see a picture of this magnificent machine?

If you don't have web-space, a picture of a similar car will do.

Cheers!
