Refurb' mudguards
Discussion
The mudguards on my Austin 12/4 are in a somewhat 'crusty' condition. Rust has been lurking away proberly for donkey years and previous owner has patched them up, as I did last year. But I reckon within a few years I may have to bite the bullit and have them professionaly renovated (all 4)
Now last year I did get an estimate for the work, I would have to remove them from the car, have them grit/bead blasted (gently) and drop them off at the fabricators workshop. Then collect when all done have them sprayed up and refit myself. Guess the price for the fabricators work only.
Can anyone suggest where I might obtain other estimates for the work, I would rather drop the car off and have the whole job done then the other method mentioned.
