Tough call, looks pretty good either way and I can't decide either
I'd say it looks more "classic" with the bumper, and more purposeful without. Not that that will be any help to you !

I'd keep the bumper ON.

Defo , keep it off.
Ran my first car , a 73 Mk1 escort bumperless and also my TR6.

Clean and mean...

ON - Looks like a classic.
OFF - Looks like a classic racer.

My vote is for OFF.

You can't have the front one on and the rear one off - and you have to take the rear one off...

MIT bumper, unless it's a true racer with history.

oooooooh thats a toughie

Looks utterly amazing either way

But, I think I'd say, better with them ON

As an aside, one of the only things that doesn't look quite right on the iconic E9 Coupe is the rear bumper, they always look a bit of an afterthought to me.

Take 'em off, run it in a couple of hillclimbs and hey presto!

Thanks for all your comments, think i`m going to leave it off. On the subject of rear bumpers the normal thing to do is to remove the chrome bumper and over riders and replace it with a black fibre glass bumper with no over riders. Trouble is b4 you no it you end up with a full `bat mobile kit`. I have a full bat kit complete with big rear spoiler , roof spoiler, wing splitters, fibre back bumper but think it would be a little over the top....
