Just browsing ebay and found this:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dl

Really tempted to buy it and get a tuned Sport engine in it...

Plus it's only down the road from me... if only I had somewhere to store it...

that looks lovely why not tune the engine thats in it? they are a really sought after engine these days with lots of potential.

True But they're not very quick in 875 form though are they? How easy are they to tune? They only have skinny little tyres, how easy to get the back end out on a greasy roundabout?

Wow! That looks awesome!

Post a pic by putting in the URL in this format:

(without the spaces)

Decent runners seem to go for at least a grand, but that one's cheap at the moment. Wish I had somewhere to keep it...

Not sure whether I would use it for a bit of fun on the road or maybe as a trackday car. Yours looks ideal for that - how quick is it?

havent finished yet
im building it for my brother for his first car.
got problem with the exhaust clearance. need to run it under the engine which will only leave me with 2" clearance think titanium skid plate is needed.
not sure if the imp drive shafts are up to the job , testing is going to be interesting
the 875cc still made my smile

That looks like it will be great fun! If I had £5k burning a hole in my pocket I would be sorely tempted, unfortunately I haven't!

Although I have to say that I love the look of that one on e-bay too.........

Yes The guy who won seemed to want it at any costs!

I was sorely tempted and did have an email chat with the guy. Almost went round for a look but I would definitely have bought it then!

No, just don't have the space or the money at the moment, although I would love a Imp track slag

Saw that one the other day - interesting project but looks a bit of a basket case!

I must admit, I prefer the idea of a bike engined Imp to a big V8 one somehow. Was surprised to see it front engined too - I'm sure I have seen a mid-engined V8 Imp before now...
