Pimp my radiator cowl!!

Well its off to the platers tomorrow for a re-nickel plating job. Should I be expecting a huge bill for this work. Also I understand that 2 choices are generally offered, a standard finish or 'bright nickel' I guess bright nickel is like a chrome??

Thanks Victor mildrew, and I just thought they dunked the metal into a liquid tub for a few minutes.

Expect my rad' cowl back in a week or two, £200 + VAT seemed reasonable price to me, hope the finish is as good as I hope it will be.
