I'm stumped with this one. I'm not even sure if it's a real car or AI generated. I really like the shape - love the patina. No idea why the number plate has been blurred out. No idea what the glasses case is doing on top of the boot lock. Looks like it might be LHD?

Yes, obvious AI is obvious. The number plate text is the first giveaway, followed by the completely mismatched tail lights and asymmetric chrome trim on the rear side windows. AI doesn't do text or symmetry very well, and often throws in a completely random object like the 'glasses case'.

Absolutely AI as others have said miss match /overlap of an old Lancia and something else.

Glasses case looks like the number plate light from a 70s mini.
I'm seeing a bit of Riley Pathfinder in there, but my first thought was Lancia.
