Hi everyone,

I'm reaching out with a special request in the hopes that someone in this community might be able to help us out. My fiancée and I are getting married soon, and we're hoping to make the day even more meaningful by honoring his late father, who was a passionate MGB enthusiast. He owned several MGB Roadsters over the years, and they held a special place in his heart.

To pay tribute to him, we'd love to arrive at our wedding in an MGB Roadster. It would mean the world to us to have this connection to him on such an important day. We're looking to either rent or borrow the car for a few hours on our wedding day. Of course, we'd treat the car with the utmost care and respect, and we're happy to discuss any compensation or terms that would make this possible.

If anyone here owns an MGB Roadster or knows someone who does and might be willing to help us out, we'd be incredibly grateful. Please feel free to send me a message if you think you can assist.

Thank you so much in advance for considering our request.

Best regards,
Bonnie

Sorry but I can’t help you but I expect you will have more joy on the mgb owners club, have you tried them?

They are on Facebook and if you aren’t then try through the website.

Good luck.

Does it have to be a roadster? I have an MGB GT that I’ve just restored for my daughter wedding and would be open to lending to you for a weekend.

Which part of the world are you in? I have a yellow chrome bumper roadster I'd be happy to lend out if it was local enough (west coast of Scotland)

There's an MG forum on here - worth a repost in there. Or try the MGOC as they're a social bunch.
