I think AI (in part) might be a fair shout.

The front tyre outer edge seems to be misaligned and matey only has 3 fingers on one hand.

Could be an AI image with a head swap...or an average photoshop. Looks like the artist left a rogue black brushstroke above the indicator.

The wipers are hinged for LHD but that is only an observation.
